Claim

If the aether is a physical medium and fields can propagate through it (including instantaneously in some models), then “remote viewing” may be an aether-mediated phenomenon rather than paranormal. The CIA’s Stargate program (1972–1995) targeted Mars; if aether physics is real, the program’s targets and results may be interpretable in that framework.
