Investigation: Mars–Earth Reincarnation — Mass Death on Mars and Souls Reborn on Earth

Thesis

This investigation examines the hypothesis that Martians who died in recent centuries have been reincarnating on Earth, sometimes retaining memories or skills from their former lives. It treats as open questions: (1) whether there is a substantial body of literature, media, and testimony suggesting this phenomenon; (2) whether any declassified or official documents refer to it (expectation: unlikely); (3) whether mass reincarnation from Mars to Earth can be traced to mass death events on Mars over the last ~300 years; and (4) whether increases in such reports or motifs correlate with known historical events (warfare, consolidations, catastrophes) that might have caused large-scale dying on Mars.

A further framing: Mars may have undergone a cascading collapse of its ecosystem over the last three centuries—not only as a result of the MudFlood Energetic Event (MFEE) and its aftermath, but because Mars was never a full, stable planet in this chronology: it is read in Saturnian cosmology as an offshoot of material from Earth in the Golden Age. That instability could make Mars a source of displaced souls with no viable return path—i.e. reincarnation flow Mars → Earth, but not back, as Mars continues to suffer population and habitability collapse.

Status: Open investigation. More material must be gathered; this document captures the thesis, known sources, time periods of interest, and outstanding questions.

1.1 Film and popular culture

Life on Mars (UK/US TV, 2006–2007): time-travel drama, title refers to Bowie song; no Mars-planet or reincarnation content. Omitted.

1.4 Boriska chronology note: “3 million years” vs. recent collapse

Boriska has stated his past life on Mars was “3 million years ago” (deep time) while also describing nuclear war, atmosphere destruction, underground survivors, and triangular/ion craft—details that align with recent collapse narratives (MFEE, post-MFEE warfare, technocratic remnant). Possible readings:

• Literal deep time: He means a much older Martian civilization; nuclear war and collapse then. (Conflicts with paradigm-threat’s ~300-year collapse window.)
• Narrative overlay / cover: “3 million years” is a disclosure-safe or culturally default timescale; the content of his account (nuclear war, collapse, survivors, advanced tech) may map onto a recent event (e.g. 18th–19th c. catastrophe). In that reading, he is a genuine “Martian reborn” whose time attribution was shifted into deep time.
• Mixed or confabulated: Some details from cultural exposure (Wells, Brandenburg, sci-fi); others from anomalous memory. Chronology left open.

For correlation: if we treat his birth (1996) as a possible reincarnation window, we look for Martian mass-death events in the decades before 1996 (e.g. ongoing collapse, internal conflict, or a postulated “second wave” of dying). No such event is yet documented; the investigation records the suggested link (late 20th c. Mars deaths → late 20th c. Earth births) for future evidence.

2. Declassified or Official Documents

Expectation: None identified to date. No known declassified government or military documents that explicitly address “reincarnation from Mars” or “Martian souls on Earth.” This investigation will treat absence as open (gap to document) rather than disproof—per paradigm-threat practice: assume redaction or gatekeeping before assuming error.

4. Correlation: Note that 1984 CIA Mars remote viewing session (Mars, ancient civilization, collapse) predates Boriska’s birth (1996) and public emergence (2000s)—possible predictive disclosure or independent channel; add to correlation table.

3. Tracing Mass Reincarnation to Mass Death on Mars

3.1 Framing: Mars in the last ~300 years

• Saturnian / paradigm-threat reading: Mars is not a primordial planet; it is an offshoot of material from Earth in the Golden Age. It was never a fully stable, independent biosphere.
• MFEE (e.g. ~1774 in WotW timeline): Catastrophic energetic event(s) on Mars (e.g. directed energy backfire), biosphere collapse, ocean loss, atmosphere failure, telepathic purge. See wotw-mfee-mars-catastrophe.md, wotw-timeline.md.
• Post-MFEE: Mars as “dying planet”—Wells, Burroughs, Arnold, and others describe depleted, collapsing, or post-catastrophe Mars. In the last three centuries, cascading collapse (ecosystem, population, habitability) is the assumed background.
• Implication: If souls reincarnate and Mars is increasingly unlivable, one-way flow Mars → Earth is plausible; Earth → Mars return would not be expected as Mars continues to suffer.

3.2 Mass death on Mars — candidate drivers

To correlate “waves” of reincarnation (or of reports of Martian identity / past-life memories) with events, we need candidate mass-death events on Mars:

No exact “death tolls” or dates are available; the investigation records suggested links and time periods for future correlation.

3.3 Reincarnation flow: direction and increase

• Direction: Mars → Earth (souls leaving a dying Mars for Earth). Earth → Mars not expected as Mars remains inhospitable.
• Increase: If Mars has suffered continuing population and ecosystem collapse over the last three centuries, the rate of souls seeking (or “finding”) rebirth on Earth might increase over time, or spike after major Martian catastrophes or wars.
• Testable (in principle): Count or survey reported cases (or fictional portrayals) of “Martian child” / “past life on Mars” by decade or period; look for spikes that align with MFEE, invasion era, or other postulated events. Not yet done.

4. Correlation with Known Earth-Side Events

Question: Do increases in Mars–Earth reincarnation reports (or in cultural motifs of “Martians among us”) correspond to major known events—e.g. warfare, consolidations, or catastrophes that might have had a Martian component (or that could be coded as such in disclosure/predictive programming)?

• Warfare: Napoleonic, Crimean, US Civil War, WWI, WWII, etc. If any are read as involving Mars (e.g. proxy wars, or “Martian” elites), then Martian casualties in the same period could theoretically produce a wave of rebirths on Earth.
• Consolidations: Unification of Germany, Scramble for Africa, colonial consolidations, Cold War. Same question: do any postulated Martian analogues (regime changes, purges, resource wars) align with spikes in “Martian child” or reincarnation narratives?
• Cultural markers: Publication of War of the Worlds (1898), Stranger in a Strange Land (1961), Martian Child (2007), Boriska’s emergence (2000s). These may reflect disclosure or predictive programming rather than literal reincarnation rates; the investigation treats both as data.

3. Fiction survey: Exhaustive list of 20th/21st c. fiction (film, TV, novels) where a character is “from Mars” or “remembers Mars” as identity or past life—with release dates for correlation.
4. Boriska chronology: Reconcile his “3 million years ago” with “nuclear war” and “recent” collapse; is there a reading where his “Mars life” maps onto a recent (e.g. 18th–19th c.) collapse in alternate chronology?
5. Law of One vs. paradigm-threat: Law of One’s 75,000-year Mars–Earth transfer: document as one chronology; contrast with ~300-year collapse and recent reincarnation thesis.
6. Time periods: Build a table of suggested links—e.g. MFEE (1770s) → wave of rebirths in late 18th / early 19th c.; invasion era (late 19th c.) → late 19th / early 20th c. births; etc. Then check whether any recorded “Martian” cases or motifs cluster in those windows.
