Summary of updates. • Timeline — Date labels for open-ended and mixed BCE–CE ranges; dropdown and path handling; book-illustration layout and slideshow filtering; LQIP image sizing using dimensions from the files index; Markdown / carousel handling for print-only figures.
• Search — Search field autofocus on load so typing starts the query immediately.
• Planets (3D) split view — Example event with animation-3d: WebGL resize after dragging the timeline/article splitter (double requestAnimationFrame + split state).
• TTS (timeline slideshow and article read-aloud) — years and common date patterns are expanded to spoken English before synthesis; Latin and scholarly Latinisms are normalized or omitted so Piper and Web Speech stay aligned with on-screen captions.
