2022: paradigm-threat-old2 Rebuild, Sources Submodule, and Content Expansion

Retrospective: paradigm-threat-old2 launched in April 2022 as a full rebuild. paradigm-threat-sources was added as a content submodule in May. This consolidated entry covers activity through November 2022.
April 2022 — Full Rebuild
A new iteration started April 12, 2022 with Create React App.
